Agreement

These terms apply to the CH341A Mobile Android app and this website, provided by Khan Dish Network. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Intended and lawful use

CH341A Mobile is a service tool for owners, technicians and repair professionals. Use it only on chips and devices that you own or are authorized to service, and only with firmware you have the right to use. You must not use the app to infringe copyright or licences, to bypass security or access controls you are not authorized to bypass, or for any unlawful purpose.

Hardware risk

Reading is safe for the chip, but erasing and writing change it permanently. A wrong file, a wrong chip selection, a wrong supply voltage, a poor clip or socket contact, an unstable USB connection or an interrupted operation can leave a device unable to start, and can in rare cases damage the chip or the device.

• Save a backup of the original chip before erasing or writing.
• Check the chip voltage. 1.8 V chips need a 1.8 V adapter; connecting them directly to a 3.3 V programmer can damage them.
• Keep the phone, the cable and the programmer connected until the app reports that the operation has finished.
• Check the result: a successful verify is the only proof that the chip holds the intended data.

Compatibility

Chip support depends on the chip, the programmer board, the adapter or clip and the phone. The app refuses operations it cannot perform safely, but it cannot guarantee that every chip, board revision, programmer clone or phone will work.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Khan Dish Network is not liable for loss of data, damaged or unusable devices, lost income or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app. You are responsible for your backups, your hardware choices and the files you write.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its content belong to Khan Dish Network. You may not copy, decompile, modify or redistribute the app except as allowed by law. CH341 is a product and trademark of Nanjing Qinheng Microelectronics (WCH); other chip and brand names belong to their owners. CH341A Mobile is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Error reports

If you send an error report, you allow us to use it to investigate and fix the problem and to contact you about it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have where you live.
